Start numbers will be issued to each competitor and will be sent to entrants at the end of May. Please ensure the start number has been sewn securely onto the back of the judogi prior to the event.

By entering this event, you are implying your consent tophotography. Please be aware that photography may be used by parents and/or competitors. People wishing to take photographs should apply to the BJA for a photography pass. No passes will be issued on either day of the competition.

BJA contest rules will be operative throughout this event; all other regulations regarding the event will be in accordance with the BJA Tournament Handbook.

Medallists must wear judogi during the medal presentations. Medals will only be presented when each group is completed.

Competitors must wear suitable footwear at all times when off the mat.

Points Scoring – Seniors and Youth where appropriate.

The first player called may wear a blue or white suit but must wear a blue belt.

The ‘Golden Score’ will operate throughout the event.

Any rules incorporated after the issue of this entry form will also apply.

Double knockout will be in use throughout the event, however if a group has seven or less players, a pools system may be used.

If there are insufficient entries in a weight group the organiser reserves the right to combine weight groups after consultation with the appropriate competitors.

Junior grades only will be accepted in the junior competition on Saturday 26th June. If you have a senior grade then you will need to enter either the youth or senior event

Modified rules will be used for ALL Band A contests
